College/Trade School Acceptance Proof:

Letter of Acceptance or any proof showing enrollment in a college or trade school from the school itself.

2 Page Essay:

Stating why (you) the candidate is deserving of the scholarship, values in life, and career goals. (please also send a copy to your high school counselor)
